Fraudulent charges poor customer service..I lost $120 when I opted to pay $10 per month Docusign doesn’t have a $10 plan.. I enjoyed using the app made it easy to handle my business but the surp charge to my acct got me highly pissed you can’t even get the option to unsubscribe had to block them from charging my acct in the future.

I have used Docusign for years. I found it very easy to use for me and my team. When it seemed to be getting higher and higher as far as fees we started looking at other options. We found a very similar product that was much less expensive. When I my contract expired, I told our account rep that I was wanting to downgrade our plan. She told me she would delete all saved files if I did. I told her to go ahead and cancel. They said they would in writing. Then charged me over $700! No responses.

I was billed unexpectedly without notice and tried to request a refund and downgrade to the monthly plan, but Docusign was not able to give me a refund when the funds have already been transferred to them. Everytime I tried contacting the developer, they keep referring me back to Google Play. They also don’t respond to emails, so I have to keep explaining myself to a new rep over the phone. I’m currently looking into other signature programs.
